It's no secret I'm a big fan of Pinterest and while most days it's my favorite way to procrastinate, I have to say it's the best tool for anyone planning a wedding.  It's the online version of ripping out pages from a magazine and stowing them away in a wedding binder...basically, it's heaven.  So, every once in awhile I feel like I've compiled so many beautiful images that I just have to share.  My Pinterest is bursting at the seems! Paper Lanterns {Wedding Details}

Paper lanterns are the perfect whimsical addition to your wedding reception decor. 

Their added glow sets the mood for a fun, festive atmosphere.  They're not only perfect for a beautiful outdoor reception or fabulous tented affair but added them to your indoor event to liven up the space.  While you can purchase paper lanterns online in a wide array of sizes and colors, you'll need to enlist the help of your rental company or wedding planner to set them up day-of.  Check out some of our favorite receptions where brides incorporated lanterns into their decor and you'll see the beautiful ambiance they exuded.

Escort Cards {Wedding Details}

Escort cards are used to inform your wedding guests of their assigned table. 

They also allow you to add a little more detail to your wedding by incorporating your colors

and/or theme.  The cards are usually  found at the entrance of your wedding reception and should

 be arranged alphabetically so your party-goers can grab and go.  The cards should include

minimal info and only contain the guest's name and their table number.  Once your guests

arrive at their table, they will find a personalized place cards at their designated table to advise

them of their exact seat.
