Laura + Chris {Texas Wedding}

Laura + Chris were married this past September just outside of Dallas, Texas.  The couple were hoping for a simple, yet elegant affair and that's just what they had at the lovely Honeysuckle GardensLaura went with a purple and orange color palette that was fitting of their rustic venue and added some fun punches of color to their wedding day.   From the meaningful ceremony shots to all the darling details, the talented team from Mulberry Lane Studio was on hand to capture the couple's memorable day.

Part III: Wedding Bouquets

If you haven't joined Pinterest yet, you really should...especially if you're planning a wedding.
It's a plethora of fabulousness.  You can find countless recipes, decor options, lighting possibilities, attire choices, perfect photography and tons of oh-so-lovely flowers.  So, on this chilly Monday morning, I've rounded up some of my recent favorites for Part III of our Wedding Bouquet Series.  (Find Part I and Part II here.)  There's a mix of different textures, seasonal flowers, color palettes and styles.  Hopefully one of these beauties will give you that perfect bit of inspiration that has been the missing link to your wedding day vision...

Wedding Decor: {Wreaths}

I may be dragging a little bit this morning (or should I say afternoon?).  I was in the airport allll day long yesterday and accidentally slept in this morning :(  So, sorry for the delayed post.

Today I've done a little round up on an assortment of different wedding wreaths.  To me, wreaths are like the grown up version of balloons on your mailbox...it screams 'The party's this way!' but in a more elegant tone.  Wreaths are the perfect welcome accessory.  They let your guests know what type of event is around the corner.  While a wreath full of gorgeous blooms never goes out of style, don't be scared to think a little outside of the box.  Maybe some cotton, succulents, baby's breath...or even macaroons!

Part II: Wedding Bouquets

You can call Pinterest an addiction but I like to refer to it as research :)  I always thought it would be so fun to be a florist.  Would you not love to be surrounded by gorgeous blooms all day long?

I remember when I was planning my wedding and you could not pry me from the computer. I was constantly searching and searching for the perfect bouquet, boutonniere, centerpieces etc.  Sometimes, I would just find one type of flower or a particular shade of color that would be exactly what I was looking for.  So, my hopes in sharing Part II of Wedding Bouquets (Don't miss Part I!) is that they'll be that perfect bit of inspiration that has been the missing link to your wedding day inspiration board...

Enjoy!
