 Charleston Wedding Week kicks off this Thursday!


With a line up of some of the city's top vendors, this one-of-a-kind event will allow
you to experience the splendor of a Charleston wedding. 
Check out the scheduled events below...

OPENING NIGHT

Thursday, April 14th

6:00-8:00 pm

Round up your bridal party and head over to Boone Hall Plantation to test drive a few seasonal bouquet designs from some of the Charleston's top floral designers.  Munch on some tasty treats from local confectioners, while taking in some valuable planning tips.

SHOP TALK & LADIES' LUNCHEON

Friday, April 15th

12:00-2:00 pm

On Friday, enjoy an afternoon of bridal fashion at the Palmer Home.  

Be inspired by guest speakers Terri Epsy of Gown Boutique of Charleston and jewelry designer Cynthia Wolff.  Wrap up the afternoon by setting your eyes on bridal gowns from renowned designer Junko Yoshioka .

ARTFUL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT RECEPTION

Friday, April 15th

6:00-8:00 pm

Later that evening, make your way over to the Charleston Photography Center

to mix and mingle with some of the region's top wedding photographers while

sippin' on a glass of champagne!

REHEARSAL DINNER

Saturday, April 16th

6:00-8:00 pm

On Saturday, guests will be treated to menu samplings and signature cocktails

 from the newly restored event space Upstairs at Midtown. 

In what is sure to be a stunning collaboration

between Stems and Southern Protocol, the ladies will transform the space into a

gorgeous setting that will send you home with a wealth of ideas.

FINALE FASHION SHOW AND TASTING EVENT

Sunday, April 17th

4:00-7:00 pm

Wrap up the weekend with an intimate runway show featuring

Junko Yoshioka, Adele Wechsler and Marisa Baratelli at

The Governor Thomas Bennett House. 

Experience lowcountry cuisine from some of

Charleston's top caterers and be inspired by the designs of

Katherine Miller Events and Distinctive Events.
