1) Reception WO Services
- 1st technical 1-2 month after confirmation to work back from wedding dates on necessary preparation and sourcing
- Going through a complete inhouse checklist to ensure the pengantin/family know what they need to avoid overcharging from vendors
- Providing free customer service via email/phone as and when there is need arise by pengantin
- Fax/Email Cover page, Vendor/Family committee Contact list, Photo & Tea Pai List 3 months before Hari H
- Conduct meeting with pengantin to plan the reception acara with Pengantin 2-3 months before Hari H , after sourcing is completed
- Preparing draft program schedule on the reception for pengantin approval
- Organize vendor technical meeting 2-4 weeks before Hari H.
- Providing Concept, Run Down For the reception According to Culture/Ritual of Couple’s Family.
- Minimum 6-8 personnel (including 1 floor manager) starting 2pm on Hari H, number of crews depend on size of party
- Organising and Coordinating with vendor setup, assist in setting up of reception area, brief Family Committee and couple on the reception.
- Conduct a Rehearshal 1-2 hour before the reception and act as timekeeper for the acara.
- Monitoring of food and traffic control of guests at reception area and in ballroom
- To handover all barang used in reception to family committee after last photosession.
